Company history
Hayward Electric began in 1978
as a joint venture of Gephart Electric (Derald Gephart,
Owner) and G&A Electric (William Aydelotte, Owner).
Mr. Gephart and Mr. Aydelotte began
Hayward Electric Company as proponents of the Merit Shop
concept because they believed that each worker should be
paid based on the merit of his/her skills, knowledge, and
performance. They believed that their clients deserve
the most professional work at the lowest possible cost.
Their dedication to the continued training and education of
their employees is proof of this fact.
The 40+ years each of each of electrical
knowledge and experience brought to Hayward Electric Company
by these two men has enabled the company to rapidly grow and
prosper. On May 1, 2003 the Company celebrated it's
25th Anniversary and although neither of the founders are
involved in the business any longer, the concepts they
founded live on.
Safety
Our primary focus at Hayward
Electric is the health, safety and welfare of company and
client workers. As industry expectations raise and 'safety
hurdle rates' lower, we at Hayward Electric are committed to
not only meeting, but exceeding requirements. Hayward
Electric has a documented reputation as being in the top 10%
in the industry and believes that safety is a result of
education, effort and commitment rather than simple
compliance. No task is worth the risk of injury.
