Title 24 Compliance

To promote energy efficiency, the State of California passed Title 24 which requires the review of various types of construction to assure that energy efficient methods have been included in the project. Title 24 Schedules are often required by the Building Departments of various cities and counties before a permit is issued. Hayward Electric has extensive experience in complying with these requirements.

Energy Management Systems

Advances in electronics has dramatically improved the available systems to control energy management. These systems can control lighting, temperatures, etc. to derive the greatest benefit at the least cost. The exciting information in this area is that many system installations will pay for themselves over a reasonable period of time just from the energy cost savings alone.
